HAY was founded in 2002 by Danish couple Rolf and Mette Hay. The Hay couple aimed to design practical, functional and well-designed furniture and accessories that elevate people’s everyday life. Today, Hay products are found in homes, offices, restaurants, hotels and public spaces around the globe - although its creative headquarters remains in Copenhagen. HAY cooperates with new talents and established designers alike with a clear focus; to create design of good quality that will remain as relevant tomorrow as it is today.
