Subscriptions start at €3 per sqm per month, with a minimum requirement of 150 sqm.
We provide you with all assembled furniture that isn’t fixed to the floor, wall or ceiling. To give an example, this includes tables, chairs, sofas, free-standing bookshelves and floor lamps, but not wall frames or loft lighting.
The subscription does not include fixed installations (e.g. kitchen or fixed lighting), reception counters, IT and Tech infrastructure, accessories such as greenplant or art. But we are happy to recommend selected partners that can help you.
We have no minimum subscription period. If cancelling your subscription, we do however, require a six month’s notice period.
The subscription can be cancelled at any time, but requires a minimum of six months notice.
NORNORM is a circular subscription model – not a leasing model. After usage, we take pride in extending the lifetime of each product by refurbishing them to a state as good as new. Because of this, it is not possible to buy our products, but feel free to get in touch with special requests.
As a NORNORM subscriber, when you move to a new office we will adapt your design solution to fit your new space and requirements. The move will trigger a new start-up fee based on the square meter of the new space.
To make our services affordable for everyone, we aim to consolidate change requests and conduct larger-scale rearrangements twice a year on what we call "Switching days". However, if you have any urgent needs, such as requiring extra chairs and tables, we can accommodate these requests with a shorter lead time. We offer free office redesign services to meet your new requirements, but the costs of delivery will be charged.
