Make sure the load-bearing of the floor can support 327 kg + weight of the user.

Free-ceiling height of at least 250 cm.

Power outlet within either 420 cm from the base of the booth or 250 cm from the top of the booth.

If the office is located on a higher floor, please confirm the availability, dimensions and load-bearing of the elevator.

Check local fire regulations and requirements regarding installation. E.g. for offices equipped with sprinklers, authorities might require a separate sprinkler for Phone booths/Meeting Pods. The cost for sprinklers installation is not included in the price.
