Turning a crammed 400 square meters in central Amsterdam into an inspiring co-working space - flexible, stylish and based on a cost-efficient solution that could be adopted over time with minimal upfront investment. This was the challenge presented to the NORNORM team by leading Dutch real estate and development corporate firm MRP, NORNORM’s first customer. Part of the plan for MRP was to turn the show rooms for fashion wholesale sellers on the first floor into a thriving co-working space – MRP Flex Offices. The main target group is single person companies and start-ups/smaller firms in need of a dedicated office space. The solution presented by the NORNORM team is based on a mix of shared open spaces for informal meetings and socialisation, private offices and café.
