We plan your workspace before anything arrives.

Step 2: See your office in 3D
Review your workspace before you commit. We create a clear 3D layout showing how your office will be furnished. You can review the setup, share it internally, and refine it until it feels right.

Setup
We prepare, deliver, and install, end to end.
Step 3: We prepare the circular setup
Furniture ready for reuse. Once the design is approved, we secure furniture from our circular ecosystem. Each piece is checked, prepared, and ready for its next workplace.
Step 4: Delivery and installation
We take care of everything on site.
On the agreed date, we deliver, assemble, and install your furniture. Your subscription starts when the office is ready to use.

If you end your subscription, we collect the furniture, refurbish it if needed, and recirculate it to another business -reducing waste and extending its life.

FAQ
Is this renting furniture?
No. NORNORM is a subscription, not traditional rental. It includes design, flexibility, replacements, support, and circular reuse - not just furniture.
What's included in the subscription?
We provide you with all items that aren’t fixed to the floor, wall or ceiling. To give an example, this includes tables, chairs, sofas, and free-standing bookshelves, but not wall frames or lighting.
Can we change our setup later?
Yes. You can scale up, scale down, or change furniture as your needs evolve, and your monthly subscription simply changes to reflect the change in square metres you have furnished.
What happens if we move office?
We adapt the furniture to your new space. You keep the subscription, not the old layout.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. The notice period is six months. There are no long-term contracts.
How quickly can we get started?
Designs are ready in 48 hours once you've sent us your floor plan. Delivery and installation can be completed in as little as four weeks.
