How is the price calculated?
Your monthly price is based on the size of your office (€/m²) and the furniture required for your workspace design.
How can the subscription be so cost-efficient?
By sharing ownership and recirculating quality pieces made to last. This reduces waste, lowers costs, and keeps your workspace adaptable without compromising on design or quality.
What does the start-up fee cover?
Our start-up fee covers the set-up of your circular office from day one. This fee includes the costs associated with the delivery and installation of our products to ensure a seamless installation of your workspace.
Is this renting furniture?
No. NORNORM is a subscription, not traditional rental. It includes design, flexibility, replacements, support, and circular reuse - not just furniture.
What happens if we move office?
We adapt the furniture to your new space. You keep the subscription - not the old layout.
Is there a minimum commitment?
The notice period is six months. There are no long-term contracts.
Can we change our furniture later?
Yes. You can scale up, scale down, or change furniture as your needs evolve, and your monthly subscription simply changes to reflect the change in square metres you have furnished.
Is the furniture new?
‘Better than new’ furniture are circulated items from carefully selected partners that look and feel new, but are in fact certified refurbished items that have potentially been used by other customers before. Some items may be brand new, but this will be very limited due to our circular business approach.
