NREP Strengthens Leasing Value with NORNORM Partnership

To increase the appeal of its vacant spaces, NREP has partnered with NORNORM to offer fully furnished, turnkey offices in central Stockholm. The solution combines circular design, flexibility, and speed, creating an attractive leasing proposition while supporting NREP’s long-term climate commitments.

Vacant spaces are a challenge for property owners, both in terms of lost rental income and reduced building appeal. For NREP, the objective was to create immediate value in these spaces while aligning with its strong sustainability ambitions and long-term commitment to minimising carbon emissions across its portfolio.

NORNORM Solution

NREP partnered with NORNORM to furnish selected vacant offices with complete, move-in-ready work environments. The circular subscription model provided a fast and simple implementation, without upfront investment, and allowed for high flexibility as tenants grow, downsize, or change the way they work. It also supported NREP’s sustainability goals by extending the lifespan of furniture up to three times, significantly reducing waste and CO₂ emissions.The design concept combined functionality with atmosphere: lounge areas for informal meetings, collaborative settings for teamwork, and focused workstations for productivity. Using modular layouts, greenery, and circular furniture, NORNORM created environments that feel both inviting and professional, ready for immediate use by new tenants.
