NORNORM has partnered with Skanska to furnish a fully equipped, move-in-ready workspace in Hyllie Terrass, Malmö’s landmark building for sustainable office development. The result: a flexible, stylish, and circular environment designed for modern teams and immediate occupancy.

Skanska wanted to offer future tenants an office space that was not only ready to move into, but also aligned with the building’s strong sustainability profile. The ambition was to combine comfort, functionality, and environmental responsibility - creating a workspace that companies could occupy immediately and grow within.

NORNORM Solution

By collaborating with NORNORM, Skanska delivered a fully furnished office on the third floor of Hyllie Terrass using a circular, Furniture-as-a-Service model. The space is designed to accommodate 24–28 people with high-quality, adaptable furniture in calm, natural tones. The subscription model enables flexibility in layout and function over time - without upfront investments or long lead times. Tenants also benefit from the building’s premium features: a barista café, restaurant, bike facilities, and a lush courtyard, all just minutes from central Malmö and public transport.
