Is this buying or renting office furniture?

NORNORM is a subscription, not traditional rental. It includes design, flexibility, replacements, support, and circular reuse - not just furniture. See our pricing page for more details.

Do we choose specific furniture items?

Furniture is planned around how your office needs to function. You choose the style and activities, we curate the furniture to fit the layout.

Is the furniture new or used?

Most furniture is pre-loved and refurbished. Pieces are selected to be reused, maintained, and kept in circulation for as long as possible.

Can we change furniture if our needs change?

Yes. You can scale up, scale down, or change furniture as your needs evolve, and your monthly subscription simply changes to reflect the change in square metres you have furnished.

What happens to furniture we no longer need?

It’s taken back, refurbished if needed, and reused in another workspace. This avoids waste and keeps furniture in use.

Are phone booths and meeting rooms included?

Phone booths and room-in-room solutions can be added to your setup and are planned into the overall office layout. View our range of office booths here.

Are plants, whiteboards, or accessories included?

Some items sit outside the core subscription and can be added when needed.

How long does office furniture typically last in your system?

Furniture is selected to be reused across multiple workspaces. Items are refurbished between uses to extend their lifespan and performance.
