We’re not a furniture company or SaaS tool. We’re not like anything you’ve seen before.

NORNORM is the tech-driven circular furniture service that minimises resource waste with adaptable solutions for the evolving needs of workspaces. Our approach shifts away from the outdated take-make-waste model, freeing you from the limitations of a static environment. Why? Because your business, your people, and your planet deserve better.

NORNORM is more than a concept, a company, or a service — it is a new and circular way of doing business. Our mission is to demonstrate the success of our model and inspire a global movement, making circularity the new norm.

Welcome to the future. Welcome to

Backed to make impact

Founded in 2020 by Anders Jepsen and Jonas Kjellberg, NORNORM set out to revolutionise the office furniture industry. With the backing of Inter IKEA and driven by a commitment to circularity and impact, the vision was clear from the start: to create sustainable, subscription-based workspaces.

In 2022, NORNORM secured €110 million in funding, led by Verdane, with key contributions from Inter IKEA, Philian AB, and Coen van Oostrom. This marked a pivotal moment in scaling operations and accelerating the circular economy model.
At NORNORM, we pledge to be more than just a business: we are changemakers. Our mission is to disrupt the traditional office furniture industry and inspire a global shift toward circularity and sustainability.

Every day we’re living and working towards this.
