Rivvia, the London-born premium workspace brand, opened its first Dutch location late last year on Amsterdam’s Keizersgracht. Behind the scenes, construction is well underway on a second location of 1,300 m² at Keizersgracht 264, which will open soon. In collaboration with NORNORM – a provider of fully circular office furniture on a subscription basis – Rivvia is embracing scalability as a key response to the ever-evolving needs of its tenants.
In Amsterdam, Rivvia offers high-end workspaces to companies such as Bloomreach and Harver. These fast-growing tech firms operate in an environment of rapid change, with teams that regularly shift in size and structure.
To meet these dynamics, Rivvia has partnered with NORNORM to provide furniture solutions that can keep up. The modular, subscription-based model enables tenants to easily adapt their office layouts – from additional workstations to custom meeting areas. This ensures that each space remains flexible and aligned with the growth and evolving needs of the companies and professionals working from Rivvia locations.
According to Greg Feld-Davidovici, co-founder of Rivvia, flexibility is no longer optional:
“The way companies view office space has fundamentally changed. What matters is no longer just the design or location, but whether a workspace can evolve alongside an organisation’s growth and culture. Through our collaboration with NORNORM, we can offer that agility without compromising on aesthetics or comfort.”
Sustainability also plays a central role. Rivvia workspaces are known for their refined design while preserving the original character of the historic buildings they occupy. The company is B Corp certified and demonstrates, through its partnership with NORNORM, that circular solutions and premium design can go hand in hand.
With three locations in London, a fourth underway, and a second site opening soon on Keizersgracht 264, Rivvia is clearly positioning itself internationally. The choice for London and Amsterdam is strategic: both cities boast thriving ecosystems of innovative companies and a growing demand for flexible, high-quality workplace solutions.
